Mr. Ko believes in constantly seeking the best possible ways in construction. Having built over 100 buildings in Hong Kong throughout his 50 years in the construction industry, he derives immense satisfaction from seeing good quality construction works. Mr. Ko returned to Hong Kong in 1969 after his studies in Japan and began his career in the construction industry. In 1997 he set up the Hong Kong Construction Group.

Mr. Ko joined the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor since 1973. With more than 50 years of solid experience in construction field, Mr. Ko earned a reputation for successful project administration in contracting/tendering and efficiency in problem solving. His ability to resolve conflicts during the construction process was aided by excellent listening skills with business savvy and technical expertise. His skills for negotiating “Win Win” results, avoiding and resolving disputes and claims are superior. Confidence and knowledge of Mr. Ko is an indispensable asset that enables him to effectively provide expert direction and consultation to ensure success to the company.

Mr. Mak has over 40 years of experience in the spheres of quantity surveying, building construction, fitting out works, renovation works and contracts management. Previously handled projects include residential properties, industrial and commercial buildings as well as heavy industrial plants and warehouses. Since joining in 1999, Mr. Mak has been in charge of the entire operation of the Group.

Mr. Tsui possesses over 30 years full spectrum experience in the industry of property development, building construction, fitting out and interior decoration. Besides wide range of new build, fitting-out and A&A work projects in Hong Kong territory, Mr. Tsui has been involved in numerous mega size resort & entertainment projects and international brand hotel developments in different South East Asia countries, Macau and various provinces of mainland China.
